This beautiful penthouse sold for a spectacular nine-figure amount.

It is the one of most expensive penthouses in the world, and the most expensive home in the United Arab Emirates.

Located at the top of the Como Residences skyscraper, the property sold for a mind-boggling $136.2 million.

That’s a mind-blowing figure, even by the standards of Palm Jumeirah, which is where the building is located.

The Como Residences skyscraper is home (no pun intended) to 76 units in total, 26 of which are penthouses.

This is the largest – and the priciest.

In fact, not only is this the most expensive penthouse of the building, it is also the most expensive home in Dubai.

It isn’t the most expensive penthouse in the world, though.

There’s one in the Monaco that’s going for $387 million.

While the main structure of the house is fully built and completed, the penthouse is far from finished.

It’ll be customized to meet the owner’s requirements and demands.

The penthouse is fully customizable, which was probably seen by the buyer as a huge plus.

The fact that so many expensive properties hit the market with furniture that somebody else picked can be a deal breaker.

Michael Jordan’s Chicago mansion is a prime example.

It’s been for sale for over a decade but no one wants to buy it.

As for this amazing Dubai penthouse, the owner will have to wait until 2027 to get the keys to his property.

The developer will spend the next three years applying the finishing touches.

Having said that, most of the things you see in the pictures will stay.

The penthouse, located on the 71st floor, offers 21,900-square-feet of usable space, including five bedrooms.
