Feast your eyes on the brand-new Super Sub, the fastest submarine ever created by U-Boat Worx.

The multi-million-dollar submersible was just unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show and it’s in a league of its own.

U-Boat Worx says the Super Sub represents a new era in marine technology, and it’s not hard to see why.

The submarine was designed to fit three passengers and dive to depths of 300 meters.

And thanks to its super modern design, the view from the cockpit is totally unobstructed.

“Our remarkably clear fully acrylic pressure hull has been positioned at the front of the submersible, providing an unobstructed view in every direction,” the company said.

The Super Sub is incredibly fast too.

The submersible has 100 kW of thrust, meaning it can reach speeds of up to 10 knots under the water.

That’s 3-4 knots faster than a bottlenose dolphin cruising at top speed.

It’s agile too.

Thanks to hydrofoils at the back of the sub, it can make “rapid banking turns” under the water.

The team at U-Boat Worx claims it’s created “the pinnacle of underwater luxury and performance”.

“Our team has poured their hearts and expertise into crafting the Super Sub, and we are beyond excited to reveal it to the world,” Roy Heijdra said.

The team ensured safety was a top priority too.

The Super Sub was built with safety systems like maximum depth protection, which stops the pilot from taking it too deep.

In fact, if it’s pushed too deep, the submarine will automatically rise until it’s back within a safe range.

Price and availability

If you’re in the market for one of the world’s most advanced submarines, you’re out of luck (for now).

The $5.5 million Super Sub was commissioned for a client and is already spoken for.

But the company says it’s already building the next one, and delivery is scheduled for October 2024.

If you’re serious about it, the next one is currently listed for sale.
