Inside Emma Stone’s epic Malibu mansion on sale for $4.2 MILLION

Hollywood sweetheart Emma Stone has put her Malibu mansion on the market for $4.295 million. 

The actress, famous for hit movies La La Land and The Amazing Spider-Man, bought the property in 2018 for $3.25 million.

She has given it a total remodel since then.

It’s now a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern oasis.

The ranch house is in the super exclusive Malibu enclave, Big Rock, which is swarming with big-name celebs.

Big Rock is home to Star Wars’ Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill. Olivia Newton-John and Sally Field have also lived there.

While surrounded by multimillionaires, the house is still incredibly private – tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. 

It’s also within walking distance to hiking trails and the beach.

Built in 1958, this mid-century home has been done up to feel modern and ultra-luxurious. 

The open-plan mansion is incredibly spacious and flooded with light. 

Its indoor living room flows onto the outdoor entertainment area which has 180-degree views of the Pacific ocean.

Sotheby’s International Realty agent Eric Lavey described the house as “a classic 1958 California Midcentury hanging over the Pacific”. 

“It’s the Malibu beach house they would choose for a Nancy Meyers movie,” he told the Wall Street Journal. 

The home also has a recreation room and an art studio.
