NEOM has added yet another amazing project to its growing arsenal of luxury resorts.
And this is possibly the most jaw-dropping design we’ve seen yet.

NEOM – the proposed mega-project that the Saudi Arabian authorities are funding – is beginning to take shape.
It consists of 10 projects, which NEOM refers to as ‘regions’, and – if everything goes to plan – the first phase of the soon-to-be futuristic city will be ready by 2030.
After Gidori, a luxury golf course, and the floating port city of Oxagon and Sindalah islands, NEOM is now unveiling Treyam, a luxury lagoon resort with a massive infinity pool called ‘Treyam‘.
But truth be told, the word ‘massive’ doesn’t really cut it either.
Treyam includes a luxury harbor that blends the desert with the ocean, a lagoon, and a coral-rich shoreline.
In addition to that, it’ll also feature a 250-room luxury resort with spas, wellness centers, and Michelin-starred restaurants.
More to the point, the resort will come with a 450-meter – wow – infinity pool.

For reference, at 450 meters, this pool is nearly five times longer than the Old Bridge in Florence, Italy.
And speaking of bridges, the infinity pool will also be a part of the bridge that connects the two sides of the resort.

The entire NEOM project, including all 10 regions that comprise it, has an estimated cost of $1 trillion.
It does sound like a lot but at this rate it feels like, as crazy as it may seem, even $1 trillion may not be enough.
The Line alone, the ‘horizontal skyscraper city’ that’s essentially considered the headline act and flagship region of NEOM, will cost north of $500 billion to complete.
That works out to ‘just’ $55 billion allocated to each of the other nine projects.
