Entrepreneur and former professional skateboarder Rob Dyrdek has created a bespoke SF90 Spider as he proclaims there’s ‘nothing in the world like Ferrari’.
The 50-year-old Ohio native didn’t shy away from declaring his love for the Italian carmaker, pouring praise on the marque for creating ‘art’.
“Ferrari is like no other brand in history,” he wrote in a post on Instagram. “I am not talking just car brands. I am talking about any brand ever created.”
Dyrdek’s love and passion for the brand is so strong that he decided to get involved with the Tailor Made program at Ferrari, where he could build his very own one-of-one vehicle.

Rob Dyrdek declared his love for Ferrari
Plenty of celebrities have impressive car collections, such as Shaquille O’Neal who admits he ‘doesn’t know why’ he’s snapped up 40 cars over the years, or Tyler, The Creator, who has a surprisingly awesome haul of classics and more modern vehicles.
But when it comes to the host of MTV’s Ridiculousness, it seems only a Ferrari will do.
In a lengthy post on Instagram, Dyrdek revealed that he’d actually been working away on the customized car since 2015.
“I began to form a vision for how I would one day integrate my passion for Ferrari and for design into creating a unique one-of-one collection of customized Ferraris that would become a part of my legacy forever,” he wrote.
Dyrdek said he spent the next decade ‘evolving the vision’ before finally bringing it to life in 2024.
He named his one-off SF90 Spider Angel Lightning
Dyrdek shared a clip of his newly customized one-of-one SF90 Spider, which he has called Angel Lightning.
The name is a nod to the Metallica album Ride the Lightning, which helped inspire the design of the unique vehicle.
The car is painted in a blue color with a white center strip – and it looks pretty darn beautiful.
It isn’t the only tailor-made vehicle in Dyrdek’s expansive collection and it seems as though it won’t be the last.
“This is a gift that Ferrari has allowed me to create, so I honor each design with the history and passion that Ferrari puts into their vision for each car,” he continued.
