Tyson Fury is a lot of things — millionaire, heavyweight boxing champion, and a car collector — but he is also someone who drives a rather humble car as his daily driver.

That’s right, by a ‘humble car’ we mean something that costs less than $1,000 and is several years old.

It’s not that he cannot afford the luxuries of Rolls-Royces and exotic hypercars, but a daily driver is a personal choice.

Believe it or not, it’s a Volkswagen.

Tyson Fury and his cars

First things first, Tyson Fury is undoubtedly one of the most famous boxers in the United Kingdom and even has the nickname ‘The Gypsy King.’

That popularity also makes him one of the highest-paid boxers of all time.

As a car enthusiast, he inevitably boasts an extraordinarily large collection of dozens of cars — expensive and economical both.

However, The Gypsy King is known for swapping out his cars from time to time, so it’s hard to keep track of what’s inside his garage at any point in time.

What we do know is that he has a few Rolls-Royce models, some of which he sold earlier.

Other exotic rides include a Range Rover Defender, a Ferrari GTC4Lusso, a Ferrari Portofino M, and a Porsche Taycan.

This obviously isn’t the end of it, and Fury likely has a few more Ferraris and Lamborghinis, too.

A modest everyday car

All of Fury’s super expensive luxury cars don’t seem all that special compared to his daily driver — a Volkswagen Passat.

That’s right — the heavyweight boxing champion owns a VW Passat, which he has had for a long time.

Moreover, he purchased it for a measly price of $650, making it one of the most iconic cars in his garage.

It is not only an extremely reliable car, but it also helps him stay on the down-low.

Nobody pays attention to someone, even a celebrity, inside a ‘normal’ car, and it’s clearly working for him.

Ferraris and Lamborghinis usually draw a lot of attention, which is practically impossible when you’re driving something like a Passat.

We’ve seen our fair share of millionaires and billionaires driving humble cars, but this case certainly stands out.

Well, if it works, it works.
