Drake’s Beverly Hills mansion goes on the market for $88 million

Aubrey Graham, better known as Drake, is Spotify’s most-streamed artist and, as it turns out, a real estate aficionado.

The Canadian star bought an incredible mansion in Toronto, which is where he spends most of his time, and is now busy offloading some of his other properties, including this spectacular Tuscan-style villa in Los Angeles.

Drake’s Beverly Hills mansion is currently listed for a whopping $88 million.

The 860,000-square-foot property comprises a main house, an 11-car garage and a guest house right next to the pool.

The main home features seven bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen and a wine cellar.

It even has a game room with a ping-pong table, and a so-called Glam Room, which is basically just a fancy spot to hang out and have drinks from the wet bar.

Outside the main house, apart from the swimming pool, the soon-to-be lucky owner of the mansion will also have access to an orchard and a tennis court.

The mansion was originally built on commission for the co-founder of fashion brand Guess, who then sold it on to former Take That star Robbie Williams for a hair over $30 million.

California’s hectic and quite frankly insane real estate market has the power to double prices overnight, which explains why Robbie Williams was able to sell the place for $75 million just a few years later.

Now Drake is asking $88 million, which believe it or not is actually normal (sort of) in Beverly Hills.

It feels like it’s just a matter of time before the 9904 Kip Drive property sells for nine figures.

Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group, Brande and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates co-hold the listing.
