This is what it’s like to live as a three-time Trans Am champion.

Race car driver Simon Gregg has just put his South Florida mansion on the market for $12.8 million.

And it’s giving us a rare look inside the multimillion-dollar property Gregg has called home.

Listed by Compass, the home sits on half an acre of land at the celebrity-lined Palm Beach Gardens.

It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a beautiful open layout.

The modern manse, which was built in 2018, has an enormous pool aand 100 feet of frontage onto the Intracoastal Waterway.

The property is an entertainer’s dream.

It has an expansive deck overlooking the pool, a fire pit, and an outdoor summer kitchen.

It also has a private dock, so you’ll have no trouble parking your superyacht out the front.

And of course, it’s a car lover’s dream.

It has a total of eight parking spaces, so it should easily fit your collection of supercars.

But unfortunately, you’ll have to choose your three favorites, as it only has three undercover spots.

Inside, no expense has been spared.

The home is decked out with top-of-the-line appliances, designer finishes and materials.

And built with South Florida’s weather in mind, it has floor-to-ceiling impact windows and rock solid poured concrete construction.

The windows aren’t just weatherproof, they also add to the open, airy feel of the home.

A floating staircase will lead you upstairs to the modern mansion’s master suite.

Here, you’ll find an expansive master bedroom with a free-standing tub, walk-in closet, and ensuite.

The master also has its own private patio with views out onto the water.

Gregg reportedly bought the place for $9 million in 2021, meaning if he sells it for his $12.8 asking price, he will make a nice $3.8 mill profit.
