This entrepreneur is building the biggest supercar showroom in Dubai.

But, after an initial 13 months of waiting for completion on a space, disaster struck. So he was tasked with finding a new space in a short amount of time.

Cars are a big business in Dubai, with even royalty loving the finer cruisers themselves.

But what plans did this businessman have when it came to hitting the open road?

Selling cars is a cutthroat business

There’s a lot of money to be made selling cars, particularly the high-end types.

To sell them, you have to equally look the part, as well as know your stock inside out.

For example, this car salesman shared which type of used car you should buy if you want to ‘look rich’.

Another came up with a hilarious way to explain FWD, RWD, and AWD to his customers, giving them a helping hand.

But, to sell and provide car services, you also need a swish outlet space too, which is exactly what this entrepreneur set out to do.

Selling cars in Dubai is a whole different thing

You could say Ahmed Amwell knows his stuff when it comes to cars.

He owns Luxury Supercar Rentals, so it’s not his first rodeo when it comes to this stuff.

He also revealed on YouTube that he has big plans to open up the largest supercar showroom in Dubai – we know, big words.

His temporary showroom has already been kitted out with cars, including Audis, Ferraris, and Lamborghinis.

But, in order to reach that point, things hadn’t exactly been plain sailing for him.

His showroom literally fell through

He had his eye on a showroom space, but it sadly fell through. That area of the city was due to be worked on, with plans including new zoning and regeneration.

But, instead of letting the setback halt his plans completely, he managed to find a solution quickly, with the same landlord offering a different space.

Time to find a new space for his showroom

He purchased a new location and started showroom construction from scratch, and this time, the deal was done quickly.

In fact, as soon as the paperwork was signed, it was time to get the ball rolling.

Ahmed explained his plans to offer customization services at the space, including things like embedding diamonds into cars and exclusive wraps. Pretty cool, you have to admit.

He was in a great area too, opposite other car dealerships – which meant he had the competition right on his very doorstep.
