Justin Bieber has inked a covert deal on a $16 million Californian desert retreat.

While it has only just come to light, the off-market sale was actually completed back in 2023.

The sale of the extravagant estate saw him join the exclusive Madison Club, with some pretty notable neighbors.

Within the celebrity-saturated enclave of California‘s Coachella Valley, both the Kardashian-Jenners and Apple CEO Tim Cook are nearby.

Cook is currently looking to create home robots after scrapping Apple Car.

Adele has a $58 million mansion (formerly owned by Sylvester Stallone) in the community.

However, Kim Kardashian’s plan to build an epic ‘spaceship’ megamansion was severely delayed by La Quinta fire safety and pool codes.

Bieber’s west-facing new vacation home is located on one of the most desirable streets of the resort-themed community.

With the Madison Club’s homeowners association dues of $1,652 per month, residents benefit from a golf course designed by Tom Fazio, a clubhouse, five-star dining, and spa facilities – and that’s just scratching the surface.

The Canadian singer’s new digs were built in 2009 and last changed hands in April 2019.

This sale was closed for a modest $6.3 million to Beverly Hills-based investor, Alon Abady, who flipped the home for Bieber after four years – making a tidy profit.

The house was never listed publicly, however, aerial shots of the property reveal that the originally French-influenced manor was given a slick and contemporary renovation.

One detail we can see is that the former swimming pool was replaced with a giant, almost Olympic-length infinity pool.

A sports court and AstroTurf lawns allow the Beibers to stay active.

A backyard firepit and a detached guesthouse allow for leisure time spent with family and friends.

Last, and certainly not least, a four-car garage and two separate motor courts have space for parking more than 12 cars.
