This luxurious superyacht may be worth more than $100 million, but it’s sold in record time.
The New Secret had barely been with its owner for a year before it changed hands again.
This 242-footer originally sold back in the summer of 2024 for a record-breaking $106 million.
And while the exact figure of its most recent sale isn’t known, we can’t imagine it was cheap.

This isn’t the first time a luxurious superyacht has sold for big bucks
It may sound like the most obvious statement of the year, but superyachts are really expensive.
They don’t cheaply, whether they’re rented out for a week, featured on The White Lotus, or made by Lamborghini.

But usually, you would expect a yacht owner to want to keep ahold of their vessel for as long as they could.
After all, who could part ways with a floating palace?
Well, it appeared that the former owner of the New Secret wanted to part ways.
But a boat like this doesn’t sit around for too long before it’s snatched up.
Its been designed by some of the best names in the business – Tim Heywood, Damen Yachting, and Winch Design.
If there was one word to describe this yacht, it would be homey.

That’s not to say that any of the luxurious details have been played down.
But you could imagine yourself getting comfy up in the pool area with a good book, or hosting a games night in the spacious living quarters.
Then again, we could all imagine ourselves swanning about in a $106m superyacht, right?
A closer look at the New Secret
Who needs a spa weekend when you could take a trip on the New Secret?
Admittedly, a weekend away to get massages and mud baths would a more frugal option.

But the New Secret plays host to lavish amenities such as a spa that spans the full width of the vessel, a lounge, and a juice bar.
Up to 14 people can enjoy this yacht at a time, with an additional 19 onboard serving as the crew.
The boat is powered by two Caterpillar engines, which can allow for up to 5,000 nautical miles.

We can’t say for certain whether the latest buyer will hang on to the New Secret for longer than a year.
But one thing is for sure – this yacht will never have any trouble finding a new billionaire to host.
