Ram is working on an all-electric full-size pickup truck and this vague glimpse of it looks intriguing.
Car companies love to tease us with some outlines against a black background (Ferrari did it just last week)
And Ram’s teaser shows futuristing lines with a very Tron-like headlight setup.
Production should start in 2024, but we don’t have a specific date.

CEO of Ram Mike Koval said the electric ram will have “class shattering” range, according to Fox News.
We don’t know for certain if the concept of the car will be production accurate or something a bit more left field.
What we do know is the teaser images are giving us plenty to wonder about and are putting little smirks on our faces.
Ram is still gaining an understanding of what customers want through a series of Ram Real Talk events.
Here, automaker representatives have direct interaction with the public regarding the electric truck and gives fans and potential customers more of an influence over the final product.
Bearing this in mind, it’s safe to assume the concept won’t arrive until later in 2022.
The Ram electric truck appears to have a forward-mounted windshield, highlighting a shorter bonnet with a large four-door body. Behind this, a subtle angle in the pillar suggests a sleek design.
A large red outline with bold RAM lettering is envisioned for the tailgate, with even bolder branding up front in the grille. Just in case you forgot you were looking at a Ram.
The future of electric trucks
We’re obviously still a while away from seeing the final product.
But from these teasers, it looks like it could be a futuristic and fun Ram electric truck.
Other cars that are in a similar league to the new Ram are coming out this year.
The Ford F-150 Lightning is out at the end of this month.
The Chevrolet Silverado EV debuted at the beginning of 2022.
Watching how the market responds to these might give Ram the edge.
We’ll just have to wait and see.
