This isn’t your average Mercedes – the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 is one of the brand’s rarest models and its six wheels are hiding an unexpected party trick as demonstrated by Alex Hirschi, aka Supercar Blondie.
At the mere flick of a switch and the press of a button, it uses compressor tanks to take you from road to sand in just 20 seconds.
With a 5.5L V8 biturbo engine and 540 horsepower, an extended chassis for extra passenger space, and a practical yet luxurious interior – for its heft and 4-ton weight it’s surprisingly light to drive.
Head around the back you’ll discover, not only a spare tire but an entire spare wheel due to how rare they are since production stopped back in 2015.
