John Wick (Keanu Reeves) averages one kill per minute across all four movies in the franchise.
While the number of on-screen deaths has gone up, the word count has gone down significantly.
Keanu Reeves uttered a grand total of 380 words in John Wick 4, according to Screen Rant.

John Wick started out as an underdog action movie but it snowballed into a multi-million dollar franchise.
John Wick 4 had a longer runtime than its predecessors, a much bigger budget, and an even more impressive salary for the main star, Keanu Reeves.
Keanu reportedly made $15 million from the movie, which works out to be about $39,500 per word.

So next time you watch the film, just bear in mind Keanu is putting an additional $39,500 in the bank every time he says ‘yeah’.
Spoiler alert: John Wick says ‘yeah’ about every three seconds in the movie.
To be fair, Keanu Reeves also had to go through intensive training to star in the movie, so he’s earned it.
For over three months, Keanu had to shoot thousand of rounds with a variety of different weapons and undergo intensive martial arts training with the world’s most prominent stunt coordinators.
So how did the John Wick franchise become so big?
Well, the short answer is, John Wick turned out to be a much bigger hit than Lionsgate could possibly imagine.
In the first film, John Wick is a retired assassin living a normal life, caring for the puppy his late wife gifted him right before her untimely death.
One day at a gas station he gets into an altercation with a thug who, that very same night, breaks into his home with his goons, beats John up, and kills his dog in retaliation.
The problem is the thug he killed happens to be son of a gangster who has ties to the criminal organisation John used to work for and John Wick sets out to kill everyone in the organisation.
That basically sums up the plot for all four movies.
While the first film had a budget of ‘just’ $20 million, which is peanuts by Hollywood standards, the fourth installment was filmed on a budget of $100 million.
It has already grossed $157 million in just four days.
Not too bad considering there are countries and territories where the film hasn’t even been released yet.
So stay tuned for John Wick 5 and the spin-off Ballerina, starring Ana De Armas.

We predict fewer lines and more kills.
After all, the audience gets what the audience wants.
