The last ever Lamborghini Aventador Coupé comes with a Steve Aoki-designed NFT

A few days ago Lamborghini shared a cryptic video across its social media, teasing an upcoming collaboration with DJ Steve Aoki and digital artist Krista Kim.

The supercar giant kept quiet for about a week.

But now it has finally been revealed: the last ever Lamborghini Aventador Coupé.

And it will be sold with its own NFT.

About a year ago, Lambo said they would discontinue the Aventador and added that, sadly, the N/A V12 would die with it.

That’s because every new car from now on will either be a hybrid or electric.

Lamborghini called it the ‘Ultimae’ and here it is: the last Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Coupé ever produced.

It comes with a spectacular gradient colour scheme (Blue Nethuns and Nero Noctis) created by Krista Kim.

Kim and Aoki designed the cabin. It has a black and orange leather and Alcantara upholstery inspired by the Mars Metaverse Sunset, with a custom orange embroidered logo in the rear bench.

Under the bonnet, is the iconic naturally aspirated V12 engine, delivering 769 hp (780 PS, hence the name).

It has a top speed of 355 km/h (220 mph) and a 0-60 time of just 2.8 seconds.

This 1:1 Lamborghini Aventador along with the 1:1 NFT goes under the hammer on April 19-21.

The physical car will be delivered to the buyer in September 2022.

Lamborghini and LEGO Technic create 1:8 scale of Sián FKP 37

Lamborghini is no stranger to collaborations, and previously teamed up LEGO Technic to create a 1:8 scale Sián FKP 37.

The magnificent 400,000-piece model weighed 2,200 kg, a lot more than the actual car.

It took 15 people and 8,660 hours to complete.

LEGO used 154 different elements and bricks for this car, including 20 components manufactured specifically for this model.

It’s accurate and impressive, with a full interior, custom built disc brakes and real tyres, the same size as the actual road-going vehicle.
