New Apocalypse 6X6 being built, promising unmatched survival capabilities

Custom survival-grade carmaker Apocalypse Manufacturing is at it again — it’s working on a new Apocalypse 6×6 Warlord beast.

If you didn’t know, the US-based manufacturer is quite popular for modifying heavy-duty vehicles.

It takes vehicles that are already solid — usually pickup trucks and SUVs — and transforms them into seriously rugged adventure machines.

Now, the automaker is working on its latest Apocalypse 6×6, the Warlord 2.0.

The original Apocalypse Warlord was built around the Ram 1500 TRX pickup truck.

Safe to say, the TRX is already a capable pickup truck with extreme offroad abilities.

But if you want something better, you get the Warlord.

Apocalypse added another axle and a new pair of rear wheels to level it up.

The initial TRX-based truck packed 37-inch mud-terrain tires wrapped around 18-inch wheels.

In the final product, the automaker even changed the ‘RAM’ badging to a new one that says ‘WAR.’

The Warlord certainly wasn’t the only vehicle in Apocalypse’s lineup based on the Ram 1500 TRX.

It’s been a while since we saw it, but the Apocalypse Juggernaut made an appearance back in 2022.

So, what’s new about the Warlord 2.0?

While there were not any major announcements, the manufacturer teased a new Apocalypse 6×6 via an Instagram post.

And – you guessed it – there aren’t many details just yet.

However, we do know that it is only going to gain more offroad and tank-like perks.

Apocalypse mentioned that the new Apocalypse 6×6 Warlord will feature 40-inch mud-terrain tires sitting atop 22-inch rims.

Now that’s a worthy upgrade for a truck built like a tank.

If a rugged Ram TRX 1500 isn’t your cup of tea, you might want to consider the Apocalpyse Dark Horse, which the automaker built around a Ford Bronco.

It’s essential to note that all the vehicles that go into production are order-only.

So, if you want to get your hands on the first Warlord 2.0, you’ll have to place an order.
