This is a beautiful four-bedroom villa that Stevie Wonder used to call home.

The iconic musician lived here for four years before relocating to a different property.

Located in Beverly Hills, the home is now vacant and available, and the price might surprise you.

Design-wise, the home combines classic Hollywood style elements with some Mediterranean flavors thrown into the mix.

In the living room, for example, you’ll find a stylish fireplace, coffee tables made of aluminium and glass, and a bar equipped with fridges and sinks.

It definitely has the word Hollywood written all over it.

Mind you, all you need to do is walk through the floor-to-ceiling glass door to reach the patio with its marble floor and marble pillars.

These look like they came straight from a villa just outside Rome or Florence in Italy.

The mansion offers 6,217 square feet of living space with four bedrooms in total, eight bathrooms and a long list of amenities.

Among other things, you’ve got a four-car garage, a fitness center with a fully-equipped gym, office space and an outdoor swimming pool overlooking Los Angeles’ skyline.

Considering its location and the celebrity factor, you’d expect it to cost a bit more than the $11 million price tag ($10,999,999 to be exact).

It’s a lot of cash in absolute terms but relatively low compared to average prices of similar homes in the area.

Mind you, this isn’t exactly the largest villa in Beverly Hills and even though the mansion was thoroughly refurbished in recent years, the main structure dates back to the 1970s.

The home is available through Compass Real Estate.

Holland Ashrafnia and Aaron Kirman from the H Group at AKG hold the listing.
