Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been searching for a new mansion in California since they tied the knot.
Location? It has to be Pacific Palisades, one of LA’s most affluent areas.
So far the couple have found two suitable locations: the first one costs north of $30 million and the second one costs $60 million.

Sunset Boulevard property – Price: $34 million
According to persistent rumors fuelled by a TMZ report, Ben and Jen originally wanted to buy a $34.5m property on W Sunset Blvd.
The couple even put down a sizeable escrow but, as per a different TMZ report, they eventually decided to bail out.
The Sunset Boulevard property certainly checked all the boxes.
Seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, over 43,560 sq ft of usable space, a gym, a wine cellar and two bars.
The home is still available from the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices website, in case you want to beat ‘The Bennifers’ to it and buy it while the listing is still active.
Alta Mura property – Price: $64 million
The second home the celebrity couple is keeping an eye on is even bigger and more expensive.
At nearly 50,000 sq ft, this mansion is one of the largest single family homes available in Pacific Palisades.
It has eight bedrooms and a whopping 14 bathrooms.
It even has a Japanese spa soaking tub.
More importantly, this one has a home theater.
Since both Ben and Jen are actors, they should appreciate that.
At $64 million, this mansion is nearly twice as expensive as the home we previously mentioned.

The relationship fell apart but after 20 years, they’re back together and married.

Affleck has three children from his previous marriage with Jennifer Garner.
And Jennifer Lopez, now Jennifer Lynn Affleck, has twins with her former husband, American singer Marc Anthony.
