Cristiano Ronaldo clamps down on rumors about a future Manchester United return by listing his UK property for sale.
The 38-year-old star, now at Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, is asking £5.5 million ($6.5m) for his Cheshire mansion.

The luxury manse is located in an affluent neighborhood in Cheshire.
For reference, Cheshire is basically the UK version of Calabasas or the Hamptons.

More to the point, it’s where Manchester United players buy their multi-million dollar homes.
And as you can see, Ronaldo’s home doesn’t look like your traditional English brownstone.

Surrounded by a ginormous garden, the estate comprises a main home and two guest houses.
It almost looks like its own little village.
The seven-bedroom mansion itself combines exposed bricks with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and it also has a home theater and, of course, a swimming pool.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s real estate portfolio
Cristiano Ronaldo could consider a new career flipping homes when he’s done with soccer because he’s certainly good at it.
Ronaldo maintains a home in Madrid and his hometown in Funchal, on the island of Madeira.
He also teamed up with Pestana Hotel Group to open five CR7 hotels: two in Portugal, one in Marrakesh, one in Madrid and one in Times Square, NYC.

Ronaldo has recently moved into his new home in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He acquired the home right after moving into the country to play for his new team in early January.
However, the home wasn’t ready yet so Ronaldo decided to move into a 17-room, two-story suite inside the Kingdom Tower.
The suite goes for around $8,000 per night and he’d been living there since early January so the bill came at around $500,000.
Mind you, the 5-time Ballon d’Or winner is on $600,000 per week (!) at his new club so he can certainly afford it.
Will Cristiano Ronaldo consider a Manchester United return?
According to rumors, CR7 would be able to leave Al-Nassr and join Newcastle if the club qualified for the 2024 Champions League (ECL) thanks to a secret release clause.
Others suggest the release clause also includes his former club Manchester United.

We’ll probably know soon enough as both clubs are eyeing a potential top 4 finish to qualify for the ECL.
For now, we’re going to have to believe what Cristiano Ronaldo said when he joined Al-Nassr.
In his first press conference, Ronaldo said: “In Europe, my work is done”.
