Jacob teams up with Cristiano Ronaldo to unveil new $780k diamond-studded watch

When Cristiano Ronaldo shared a picture from his private jet on his way to Saudi Arabia, keen-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice the shiny diamond watch on his wrist.
The timepiece in question is the latest addition to the Jacob and Co catalog and it’s mighty expensive.

Jacob and Co and Cristiano Ronaldo have been working together for twenty years but this is arguably their most spectacular collab yet.
The Jacob and Co Tsavorite is made from white gold and adorned with 388 baguette-cut green tsavorites.

The flying tourbillon movement, located on the lower half of the dial, is made in-house by Jacob and Co and it’s a work of art.
As you can imagine, with a $780,000 price tag, you need to have soccer star-money to be able to buy this.

As a brand ambassador, Cristiano Ronaldo has often given direct feedback for new CR7-themed timepieces.
This one in particular uses green emeralds as a tribute to the color of the national flag of Saudi Arabia, Cristiano Ronaldo’s new home.
Jacob also famously makes a Bugatti Chiron-inspired wristwatch with a working W16 in it, and of course Ronaldo had to have one.

About Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr
In January 2023, Ronaldo signed with Al-Nassr on a two-year contract with an option to extend the deal until 2030.
Ronaldo will remain at Al-Nassr as a player until 2025 and then he will become Saudi Arabia’s 2030 World Cup bid ambassador.
The deal is rumored to be worth $1 billion in total.
Cristiano Ronaldo made his competitive debut for Al-Nassr on January 22 in a league game against Al-Ettifaq.
A few days prior to that, Ronaldo had scored twice in an exhibition game against Lionel Messi’s Paris Saint-Germain.
