It’s not every day you see 47 Bugatti Veyrons gathered in one place, but that’s exactly what happened at the 2025 Concours at Wynn Las Vegas.

The event set a new world record for the largest-ever Veyron gathering, marking 20 years since Bugatti’s game-changing hypercar first roared to life.

For a weekend, the desert became a playground for horsepower, luxury, and engineering brilliance.

Suffice to say, this is perhaps one of the most epic car shows ever.

The world’s first true hypercar

When the Veyron first launched in 2005, it raised the bar for performance cars around the world.

The car’s 8.0-liter W16 engine, armed with four turbochargers, produced a then-unthinkable 1,001 horsepower and a top speed north of 250 mph.

It was the world’s first true hypercar, a blend of luxury and lunacy that no rival could touch.

More than a decade later, few cars have managed to feel as outrageous, as perfectly over-engineered, or as unapologetically excessive.

Every Veyron was hand-built, and after including R&D costs, each car cost more to produce than Bugatti actually sold it for.

This was a true labor of love, that proved what could happen when engineers were told to ignore limits.

That spirit was on full display at the Wynn’s manicured lawns, where 47 Bugatti Veyrons from every generation lined up in gleaming formation.

From the original 16.4 to the record-smashing Super Sport, nearly every variant ever made was represented.

Rare editions like the Sang Noir, Sang Bleu, and hand-painted Vagues de Lumière stood shoulder to shoulder with prototypes and one-offs that almost never leave private collections.

Many cars carried Bugatti’s La Maison Pur Sang certification, confirming their authenticity and storied past.

Bugatti president Christophe Piochon and design director Frank Heyl joined collectors and fans to share insights from the car’s creation.

The weekend concluded with a Tour d’Elegance down the Las Vegas Strip: a slow, surreal parade of millions in machinery gliding beneath the city’s neon glow.

While the Veyron took center stage, Bugatti also showcased its spiritual successors: the Chiron, Divo, Centodieci, Bolide, and the all-new Tourbillon.

In the immortal words of Bugatti founder Ettore Bugatti: “If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti.”

If you had the privilege to see this in person, you’ll probably agree.
