Footage showing a new Aston Martin prototype has emerged on TikTok, but it has confused everyone who has watched it, as it looks like a strange mix of an F1 car and the Valkyrie hypercar.
The British car company isn’t having the best time right now, with poor sales and its F1 program slumping to the back of the grid.
So whatever this car is could be light relief for the manufacturer, yet we really don’t have any idea as to what this car is.
All we have is a TikTok video, but clear audio suggests serious power under the hood.
What we know about this wild Aston Martin Prototype
TikTok user scubachef1969 uploaded the footage onto their account.
In the video, the hypercar appears to be testing at an airfield location, judging by the wind sock it passes.
There is a brief glimpse of the car as it flies past, then it pulls back in front of a team transporter and coasts to a halt.

As the car pulls in, we get a much clearer view of this, well, whatever it is.
What it looks like is an odd blend of a Formula 1 car with the Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar.
The airbox and sidepots look very F1, as do the bargeboards behind the front wheels.
Plus, the cockpit is open, with an F1-style Halo installed as head protection.

Yet it looks wider even than the previous ruleset F1 cars did.
Meanwhile, the nose looks like it’s been modified from a Valkyrie.
The hypercar prototype also features a similar front suspension to the Valkyrie.
Could Aston Martin be planning something very special?
The screaming sound suggests a large V12, the same as in the Valkyrie, sits under the hood.
The back has a huge rear wing, a center-exit exhaust, and a large shark fin running down the car’s spine.
Currently, the British manufacturer has said absolutely nothing about the car.

This Aston Martin prototype could be one of several things.
But most likely, it is either a preview for a concept or one-off model, or a preview for an extreme Valkyrie.

That would be extremely exciting, given the hypercar is already wild enough, especially with 1,160hp from its V12.
We hope that Aston Martin releases more information on the car soon.
Because this is one of the craziest things we have ever seen, and we need to find out what it really is.
