It’s no secret that Aston Martin is a luxurious car brand, but the Aston Martin DBX707 seems to have depreciated a large amount in just one year.
The case of the luxurious SUV sale shows that depreciation can occur at every level, even on brand new cars that have only just taken to the open road.
The DBX707 has impressive packages added and a surprisingly low amount of miles after it was bought new in 2024.
Don’t fear, though, as many Aston Martin models have remained timeless.

This Aston Martin DBX707 depreciated a huge amount over just one year
When it comes to impressive cars, Aston Martin knows how to deliver.
From the DB12 to the Vantage and even the Valkyrie, both the interior and exterior of the cars are the epitome of luxury.
But, even though they are luxurious, one model proved that the cars can still depreciate rapidly.
The example in question is this 2025 Aston Martin DBX707 that was listed on Bring a Trailer for $233,500, and even though the price tag was still large, it was once worth a whole lot more.

In fact, the reported MRSP of the Aston Martin is a mighty $318,000, so the seller actually suffered a $84,500 loss, even though it was in immaculate condition.
“This example is finished in white and was optioned with smoked rear lamps, a power tailgate with Gesture Control, and the Upper Carbon Pack, the latter of which provides gloss black exterior accents,” explained the listing.
The car’s seats feature Obsidian Black and Ivory leather with red stitching, along with the logo embroidered too.

But that’s not all, the car has just 3,700 miles on the odometer, which means that it’s basically brand new.
“In comparison to the contemporary DBX, the DBX707 received revised styling and featured a larger grille, a carbon-fiber front splitter, an aerodynamic rear lip spoiler, rear quarter panel vents, and a larger rear diffuser,” the listing continued.

Plus, the whole luxurious SUV is powered by a four-liter M177 V8 engine along with the added bonus of a nine-speed automatic transmission.
It’s also thanks to the clever engineering and mechanics that the car was even rated to be able to pump out 697hp and a torque level of 663lb.
Aston Martin is still iconic in the car world
Despite the high depreciation of the 2025 DBX707, Aston Martin’s fleet still retains an incredibly high level of value.
Thanks to the brand’s involvement in the James Bond franchise, the cars are seen as more than a way to get from A to B, and instead, as one of the most luxurious things that money can buy.
For example, one Utah millionaire’s crystal-bedazzled $4M Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider took 12 people 1,500 hours to craft.
Plus, take a look at this Aston Martin DB5 Continuation Goldfinger, which has proved that it really is the ultimate James Bond car
