A billionaire who splashed the cash on a 248-ft superyacht decided to sell it on before even setting foot on it, and he hopes to make a tidy profit.

The stunning Feadship One was commissioned in 2023 and is packed with luxury features, including a beach club and gym.

However, the owner of the beautiful vessel appears to have changed his mind about the One.

Before even taking the superyacht out on the water, its billionaire owner has decided to sell it.

Many of the world’s rich and famous are more than happy to part with millions of dollars to get their hands on a luxurious superyacht.

Ultra-rich people like Jeff Bezos, who owns the $500m Koru, or Mark Zuckerberg, who reportedly recently added a $100m new vessel to his superyacht fleet.

However, it seems the mystery billionaire who forked out $183 million for the One has lost interest in the idea of yacht ownership and has placed it up for sale, without even getting a chance to take it out onto the sea.

The superyacht completed its sea trials last year and is set for delivery in 2025.

The One is now listed for sale with a price tag of $195 million – $12 million more than the original price.

But, as you might imagine, you get a truly stunning superyacht for that price.

The One was designed by Studio De Voogt, and has been kitted out with achingly stylish interiors from Gilles & Boissier.

The superyacht can sleep up to 12 guests in its six roomy cabins, there’s also an open-plan main lounge with sliding doors to the deck.

The owner gets an entire deck for their living quarters, including a large bedroom with an ensuite, private terrace, separate lounge and study, and a spa pool.

Head out onto the deck, and you’ll find a good-sized glass-bottomed pool with bar seating, and there’s even a gym upstairs offering spectacular views of the open sea while you work out.

The One also has its helipad and a tender garage packed with some cool water toys.

Now all that it needs is a new owner.
