It must be nice to have $450,000,000 to spend on transforming your Boeing 747 into a flying palace like this anonymous billionaire Sheikh did.
The luxury aircraft reportedly underwent a full conversion by Greenpoint Technologies and was thought to cost around $450 million.
This isn’t just about plush seats and VIP treatment.
Behind its closed, heavy doors, you’ll find a master stateroom, hospital suite, conference dining room, and lounges that take private jet luxury to a whole new level.

From a commercial 600-seat plane to one luxurious flying palace
This anonymous billionaire Sheikh had an airplane that began life as a standard Boeing 747-8, originally designed to carry up to 600 passengers in commercial use.
The conversion by Greenpoint Technologies included completely custom interiors, featuring handcrafted cabinetry, lapis lazuli stone details, and hand-painted walls in a design inspired by Middle Eastern palaces.
While the exterior remains a secret to protect the identity of the owner, the layout has been revealed by Greenpoint – and it is amazing.

The upper deck includes a crew rest area behind the cockpit, followed by four first-class guest pods and a VIP lounge.
On the main deck, the very front nose section is dedicated to the master stateroom.
It includes a king-size bed, a captain’s desk, a sofa, and an en-suite bathroom, complete with gold fittings.
The décor combines off-white, deep blue, gold, and polished wood veneers, absolutely oozing class.

The most opulent Boeing 747 in the skies
Beyond the master suite sits a business-style lounge with leather sofas lining the cabin walls, and a long dining-conference table with fourteen captain’s chairs.
Bathrooms throughout the jet feature gold-plated fittings, and the master stateroom is decorated with a large falcon mural, a nod to one of the region’s most beloved creatures.
Towards the rear of the plane are guest bedrooms, an executive seating area, and even a section for staff.

The result of all this luxury is a one-of-a-kind flying palace where craftsmanship meets extravagance and the sky becomes the ultimate playground for the ultra-wealthy and mysterious.
