Brabus has just unveiled a surprisingly subtle version of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan called the 700 Blue Sky.
Brabus often uses self-descriptive names for its cars and the 700 Blue Sky is no exception.
They call it the Blue Sky because the car follows a blue color theme for the interior, and 700 is a reference to the amount of horsepower it generates.
The bad – but not particularly shocking – news is that this car is incredibly expensive.

The carbon-blue color theme for Brabus 700 Blue Sky
The Brabus 700 Blue Sky is based on the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, but it’s modified with a heavily customized bodykit that Brabus calles WIDESTAR.
Nearly every body panel is made from carbon fiber, and the all-black 24-inch wheels complete the package quite nicely.
For the interior, Brabus opted for a sky blue theme, with light blue leather upholstery, headliner and floor matts.
The dark blue materials used for the dashboard nicely offset the light tone of the upholstery.

While not exactly subtle, it is certainly a lot more understated when you compare two of Brabus’ latest creations, the GTS Shooting Brake, which is actually based on a convertible, and the massive truck that Brabus calls a luxury motorhome.
More power and torque than a standard Rolls-Royce Cullinan
The twin-turbocharged V12 engine that powers the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is now producing 700 horsepower and 950Nm of torque.
According to Brabus, which by the way refers to the Cullinan as a ‘supercar’ not an SUV, it does 0-62mph in 5 seconds flat.
More to the point, it means the 700 Blue Sky is more powerful than the standard Cullinan, which ‘only’ produces 563 horsepower and more powerful than the 591-horsepower Black Badge model as well.

This car is also more expensive than the standard Cullinan.
According to Brabus, the price starts at around $820,000, excluding taxes.
Translated, the price tag is dangerously close to $1 million, or even over $1 million if the buyer comes from a tax-heavy jurisdiction.
