The AeroSur 747: Here’s what you need to know
AeroSur was once a Bolivian airline that operated the humble Boeing 747.
The airline provided both domestic and international passenger flights, all out of a center at Viru Viru International Airport.

As for the 747, well, that’s a whole enigma in itself.
Dating back as far as 1967, when production began, the airplane has been the ‘queen of the skies’ ever since.
With hundreds of airline customers and thousands of 747s having taken to the skies, the plane has completed almost 23 million flight cycles and 118 million flight hours.
As you can imagine, pilots need to be specially trained to fly these huge sprawling jets, with expert skills needed to cope with wet, windy, and stormy conditions.

This pilot performed a stunning sequence
In footage shared online by Billy W. Martins, one AeroSur 747 jet was captured accomplishing something majestic that almost looked like an optical illusion.
To the untrained eye, the AeorSur 747 looked as if it was about to land and touch down on the runway, but that was far from the truth.
Instead of touching the tarmac, the plane performed a simply stunning low-pass maneuver, with the captain in the cockpit clearly showcasing his picture-perfect training.

Once they viewed the majestic move, aviation enthusiasts couldn’t help but comment on the skills on show.
“That is some hella maneuvering,” commented one airplane fan.
“You don’t see THAT everyday,” said another impressed person.
“This video is spectacular, I loved it,” added a third.

You have to admit, the captain clearly has some good moves.
