Two supercars – Ferrari Spyder 488 and Lamborghini Huracán – have been towed away in Berlin as locals cheered on.

Just because you drive fast cars doesn’t mean that you’re above the law.

That’s the solidarity stance taken by German locals, as two supercars were crane-lifted and towed to the impound.

Onlookers cheered and social media sang as a Ferrari 488 Spyder and Lamborghini Huracán were both humiliated for parking violations.

Berlin police impound supercars for parking violations

Taking to social media to voice their victory, Berlin Police officials revealed that they had compounded two incredibly popular supercars.

A Ferrari Spyder 488 and a Lamborghini Huracán were both lifted outside of Ku Damm in Berlin – a famous two-mile boulevard in the capital city.

The report claims that the two cars were both parked illegally and were subsequently towed away.

“They took care of the seizing of 2 cars: Both were parked on a restricted area and within 5 meters of the intersection,” the police statement read.

These types of supercars do attract attention on the road, as a Lamborghini Huracán was previously pulled over for a bizarre reason.

German locals were pleased as Ferrari Spyder and Lamborghini Huracán were impounded

The outcome of the impounding was not revealed, but you can speculate that the owners of these supercars both feared the worst when they returned back from their walking endeavors to find the cars were gone.

But the locals were pleased.

“Both are now on the hook and are being quickly removed. The view of the intersection is clear again, many thanks to the police,” said one reaction comment on X (Previously Twitter).

Other commenters claimed that these parking infractions are commonplace at Ku Damm and it is likely that the cars were made an example of given the number of people looking at them.

That wouldn’t be the weirdest parking charge we’ve ever seen though, as one man who was charged for pulling up to his own front lawn takes the media there.

Still, ‘You can’t park there, mate.’
