Ferrari created a unique car that only one person in the world can own and it's stunning

Ferrari really outdid itself when it made a car so unique that only one person in the world can own it.

Commissioned by one lucky customer, the HC25 has been framed as a car bridging the manufacturer’s past to its present.

It was made by Ferrari’s Special Projects division, filled with parts made specifically for the HC25.

Ferrari really wasn’t overplaying its hand when it described this car as a ‘roadster, redefined’.

This one-off Ferrari is a ‘dream roadster made reality’

Unveiled at the Circuit of the Americas, the HC25 starts off with the platform of an open-topped F8 Spider and does something radically different with….well, just about everything else.

Getting this car to where it is now was a two year process, in which the car was built to its owner’s wishes.

While the rest of us are thinking like 2026, this mystery buyer was evidently thinking like it was 2126.

The HC25 looks like a car of the future, thanks in no small part due to its matte body.

As it stands, the car is intended to bridge the gap between two halves of the Ferrari story.

On the one hand is the V8 platform, and on the other hand are the forward facing models that have been launched in recent years, like the 12Cilindri and the F80.

Finished with Moonlight Gray paint and carrying one-off headlight lens, the HC25 manages to be the best of both worlds.

It is both instantly recognizable as a Ferrari and in a league of its own.

All we can say is that the owner had great taste when they helped design this.

There’s something undeniably special about a one-off car

Something about a one-of-one car just makes our collective hearts soar, doesn’t it?

Perhaps it’s the fact that they feel so unobtainable.

At any rate, we’ve seen a lot of remarkable one-offs from Ferrari.

Even the one the company didn’t plan on building went for an eye-watering sum.

And we can’t forget the celebrity customers have counted customized Prancing Ponies among their collections, like Charles Leclerc and Jake Paul.

Following stints at LadBible, The Sun, The New York Post, and the Daily Mail, Ben joined the team full-time in February 2025. In his role as Senior Content Writer, his sparkling copy, the ability to sniff out a good story at 100 paces, and a GSOH quickly led to him becoming an integral and invaluable member of the writing staff.
