The 2025 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este on Lake Como was no ordinary car show; it was pure automotive theater.

Five jaw-dropping one-off supercars made their grand debut, each more outrageous than the last.

From Italian flair to Le Mans tech and wild V12 madness – this year’s lineup had it all.

If luxury had a pit lane, this was it.

First up is a stunner from Zagato, who unveiled the Alfa Romeo 8C DoppiaCoda, a complete reinterpretation of the 8C Competizione.

This unique creation features the coachbuilder’s signature ‘double tail’ design, seamlessly blending rounded and Kamm-tail aesthetics into a single unified form.

Retaining the original Ferrari-built 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V8, the DoppiaCoda pays homage to Alfa Romeo’s iconic 8C lineage.

Then came Glickenhaus with the street-legal 007S.

It’s basically their Le Mans Hypercar, but made for civilians (with a lot of money).

Powered by a twin-turbo V8 delivering 1,000 horsepower, the 007S features a McLaren F1-inspired three-seat configuration with a central driving position.

Limited to just 24 units worldwide, this hypercar combines cutting-edge performance with exclusivity.

Next is Modena-based startup Giamaro Automobili, which stunned audiences with the 2,127-horsepower Katla.

Featuring a quad-turbo 7.0-liter V12 engine sending all power to the rear wheels, the Katla delivers unparalleled performance.

Its aggressive design and advanced engineering make it a formidable presence on both the road and the track.

Sharing the same volcanic powertrain as the Katla, the off-road Albor variant boasts raised suspension for extreme terrain capability.

This rugged hypercar is designed to conquer challenging landscapes without compromising on performance or luxury.

Last but not least is the Bovensiepen Zagato, a collaboration between the sons of Alpina’s founder and the legendary Italian design house.

It’s based on a BMW M4 but elevated to art-piece status with a 603bhp engine, hand-formed bodywork, and Zagato’s signature double-bubble roof.

Over 250 hours of craftsmanship go into each one, and it shows.

It’s as much about heritage as horsepower.

In a nutshell, the 2025 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este on Lake Como features an amazing line-up of one-off supercars, in one of the world’s most picturesque settings.
