An ultra-rare Lykan Hypersport supercar has been spotted in India, but there’s more to the car than meets the eye.
Most people will recognize the Lykan Hypersport as the multimillion-dollar supercar that Dominic Toretto jumps from skyscraper to skyscraper in the UAE during that Fast and Furious 7 scene.
Toretto, portrayed by Vin Diesel, was right in revealing that there were only seven of these beauties in the world.
But maybe, just maybe, there’s an eighth, and it’s been tucked away in India.

India’s own Lykan Hypersport supercar
W Motors’ Lykan Hypersport is the first supercar to be made in the Middle East, with the Lebanese manufacturers placing a 3.7-liter twin-turbo flat-6b engine underneath a carbon fiber body and hundreds of platinum jewels and diamonds.
It’s one of the very few iconic cars that have been popularised by the Hollywood-beloved Fast and Furious series.

But one man in India has now spent a year making his own Lykan Hypersport based on the Honda Civic.
Showcased on YouTube by Mihir Galat, this hand-made Lykan Hypersport is quite an extraordinary creation.
The car creation isn’t quite made of the weightless carbon fiber that Dom Toretto hoists above his head though, and rather created from metal sheets that are ‘easier to maintain’.

There’s also a distinct lack of diamonds and jewels.
However, there are some additional mods to this hand-crafted supercar, as the dual-exhaust tip – lent from a motorcycle – has an integrated flamethrower. Gnarly.
Every part of the car is custom-made, including the interior.
There are some necessary modifications though, as the owner claims to have a higher ground clearance that works better on Indian roads.
It’s a lot of effort to create your own Fast and Furious supercar, especially when you could have owned the Chevy V8 that was driven by Letty Ortiz (portrayed by Michelle Rodriguez).
Still, the fake dupe is a much better effort than some of the fake supercar creations that we’ve seen in recent times.
