Jeremy Clarkson once parked up in a stunning Pagani Zonda supercar, thinking he’d looked cooler than anyone, but he soon felt slightly embarrassed.
The TV presenter was filming a segment for one of his specials, Jeremy Clarkson Thriller, and had parked the Pagani outside a bar for a drink, but also for some attention.
He said that Pagani owners believe women love a Zonda and will talk to the owners because of it, and he was out to test that theory.
In the end, that theory wasn’t quite correct, and Clarkson was left feeling a bit embarrassed for believing it.

What Jeremy Clarkson hoped the Pagani Zonda would do
Clarkson hoped the Pagani supercar would get him some attention from passing ladies.
So to test it out, he parked outside a bar, sat down with a drink, and waited to see if any came up to him.
As time went on, however, not one paid much attention to the car or Clarkson himself.

So Jeremy Clarkson sat there just looking to enjoy his drink.
He did get some attention, however, from fellow guys who were quite keen on the supercar.
They all seemed quite taken aback by the Zonda’s outrageous styling.

Who wouldn’t want to own a car like the Zonda?
Even if it wasn’t quite what Clarkson had hoped for, it was still a car that gained a lot of interest.
It is easy to see why, too.
The Pagani Zonda first appeared in 1999 and was in production until 2019, with 140 cars built.
They are some of the rarest and most valuable supercars in the world.
Its trademark feature was the various Mercedes-Benz V12 engines under the hood.
The first version of the Zonda produced 44hp, and up to 472lb-ft of torque.
Over the years, various versions were produced, such as the Zonda F, Zonda Roadster, and Zonda Revolución.
The car was a regular feature on Top Gear with Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May.
Even nearly 30 years after it was introduced, we all still love the Zonda.
