This man in Colorado has a Tesla Cybertruck, but has decided to part ways with it using an unusual method.

Instead of taking the car to a dealership or simply listing it online, the EV owner has said that he’s actually putting up for sale with his house to attract buyers.

The truck is known for its jagged and shiny exterior, but it could also be a mortgage magnet, too.

However, other Tesla owners weren’t quite as easily convinced.

This man is using his Tesla Cybertruck for a reason you wouldn’t expect

Cybertruck owners usually purchase their vehicles to tackle the open roads and venture into tricky terrain.

From deserts to woodland areas and even snow, the Cybetruck is able to take on the unknown thanks to its unusual shape, design, and functions.

But one Tesla owner has revealed a rather unique use of his EV pickup truck, and it’s not quite what you’d expect.

The owner headed to the Cybertruck Owners Club Forum and explained that he is using his in a rather unconventional way.

“I’m considering marketing my house for sale and including the Foundation Series Cyberbeast with PowerShare,” he detailed.

But that’s not all.

“The house is fully tricked out with home automation, centralized AV, home theater, solar, and a bunch of whole house systems such as vac, etc. This would be a geek’s dream home,” he continued.

This does come with one downside, though; it will need more paperwork to be filled out and filed.

However, all is not lost, as he’s replacing it with an ‘AWD CT’ as he simply loves his Tesla.

After asking for other people’s advice, there were mixed views on the Colorado man’s Cybertruck selling dilemma.

“You would make more money and have more buyers selling it separately,” stated one Tesla owner.

“I think it’s a great idea,” added another EV owner.

“It just sounds like a way to make less selling the truck/house, but to each their own,” a third commented.

It certainly is an added bonus for prospective buyers who also fancy an EV as a daily driver too.

The EV owner later explained that it was for marketing aspects and thanks to PowerShare and Solar, it will attract ‘affluent buyers’.

“My realtor thinks it’s brilliant and she knows the market. It will be a one-of-a-kind listing,” he added.

What else can a Cybertruck really do?

The EV is known to be able to tackle lots of everyday tasks with ease, but the pickup can also achieve some out-of-pocket tasks, too.

For example, this man in Utah used his Tesla Cybertruck to see if it could power his entire home.

Plus, it really was a battle of the elements when a Cybertruck was dangled in the air by a crane, but the only thing actually holding it up was glue.

What do you think – would you buy a house with Cybertruck sealing the deal, or would you prefer to have a different car sat on the drive?
