Touted as the ‘gateway into the soul of endurance racing’, the new track-focused Aston Martin Valkyrie LM is set to be one of the most exclusive hypercars in the world, with only 10 units being made.

While the Aston Martin Valkyrie is soon to be succeeded by the Valhalla, the British supercar model is getting one final crack at the track.

But this time, the gloves are off, and the Valk has been unleashed with its Le Mans-focused variant.

And it’s limited to only 10 units with a different color every time.

What’s so special about the Aston Martin Valkyrie LM

While the original Valkyrie is already dubbed as a ‘$3m Formula One car for the road‘, the new LM is based on the Le Mans hypercar that has been storming around racetracks for hours on end.

As the actual race car will be set to one side after its competing days are done, 10 units based on this track hero have been formed, with the chassis number proudly sported on their chest.

Boasting a Cosworth-built 6.5 litre naturally aspirated V12 engine, and a cockpit of an F1 rocketship, the Aston Martin Valkyrie LM is truly one of the only hypercars that can ever claim to be made for the track before being altered for public use.

The Valkyrie has a number of one-off creations, such as this crystal-bedazzled Spider, but the LM is by far the quickest.

Valkyrie LM is one of the most exclusive cars on the planet

While Q by Aston Martin has already launched one-off variants of its popular supercars, at base value, this multi-million dollar hypercar is one of the rarest out there.

And that’s because, technically, each of the 10 units is completely different.

The 007 will sport Aston Martin’s signature green, based on the actual Le Mans hypercar; other models vary in color from grey to red, purple, white, and more.

“Valkyrie LM is an exquisite opportunity to be part of the most exclusive Aston Martin owners club in the world; a group who can immerse themselves in the purest and most comparable endurance driving experience, one that would otherwise only be available to our works drivers operating at the very limit of sportscar racing’s highest echelon,” said CEO Adrian Hallmark.

These exclusive hypercars have yet to be publicly sold, although if any have been distributed, it’s quite unlikely the owners will be making too much noise about it.
