Pagani residences in Florida have a private garage within a garage that offers ultimate luxury

The ultra-luxurious Pagani residences in Florida have a private garage, within a garage, offering an unreal level of luxury from the supercar manufacturer.
While it is most famous for its supercars and hypercars, Pagani has gotten in on the action when it comes to automotive-themed residences.
The company teamed up with Riveriera Horizons to build a new tower in North Bay Village, Florida, including all sorts of luxury features.
One of those is an amazing private garage within a garage, with the design done by the founder of the company, Horacio Pagani.

The Pagani residences follow an automotive theme
Horacio Pagani himself had a hand in designing the new luxury Pagani residences.
They are similar to the ones Aston Martin recently unveiled for Miami.
The outside of the building features perforated aluminum along with elliptical accents.
These are a nod to the company’s Ellipse logo, and something you can see a lot of throughout the design.
While they look good, the perforations also serve a useful purpose.
They allow for lots of natural light to enter the building’s garage and improve ventilation during the summer.
Inside, it looks incredible, and the whole building comes across more as an art gallery than a garage.
Not only is there a standard garage for all residents, but you can also buy your own private garage.
The private garage is full of extra style and flair
The private garages had a stylish glass and metal door, creating an exhibition feel rather than a garage.
Each private garage has two bays, and there is a ‘Welcome Home’ message on display inside.
Inside the garages, there are tire storage bays, creating interesting decorations for the interior.
They are just as luxurious as the one you can find in this amazing Bentley penthouse.
According to the website for the residence, the 30-story tower block will be home to ’70 all-corner residences’.
Each of the residences is fully furnished, and they come with terraces and incredible views of the bay.
If you want to live in the tower, you also have the option of two-story penthouses.
These have larger terraces and higher ceilings.
Plus, each of them comes with a private swimming pool and hot tub.
If it goes to plan, the Pagani residences should be ready by 2027.
It certainly looks like Pagani is set to make a name for itself in the real estate business, too.
