Tesla Cybertruck vs. semi truck tug of war was only going to end one way

You would think that in a tug of war between a Tesla Cybertruck and a semi truck that it would only end in one way – and it did, it just took a surprising amount of time to end that way.

The Peterbilt semi truck weighs 15,000lbs, and the Tesla Cybertruck weighs around 6,500lbs, less than half the weight of the semi.

One YouTuber decided to test the two vehicles against each other in the tug of war, spending the first half of the video putting his semi through different crazy challenges and tasks.

But the Tesla Cybertruck put on a surprisingly efficient display and really showed how much of a contender it was against a very heavy semi.

It can only end one way

This YouTuber, known for his wacky hijinks that usually involve fire, crushing, or explosions, came up against a 15,000lbs semi truck and an infamous EV.

He put the semi truck through its paces despite not having a commercial license, insurance, or any proper experience actually driving one.

In classic WhistlinDiesel style, Cody installed enormous eight-inch exhaust stacks on the semi, but the ultimate decider would be organizing a tug of war between the truck and a Tesla Cybertruck.

Shockingly, in round one, the Cybertruck actually managed to pull the 15,000lbs semi truck despite weighing less than half of its opponent’s weight.

“No way – we’re pulling the semi!” Cody exclaimed in shock, it was also slightly surprising to all of the viewers of the video because surely a tug of war like this can only end one way.

In the second round, the semi truck easily pulled the Tesla Cybertruck and there was certainly a clear winner, although the EV put up a really good fight.

Turns out the Cybertruck was stronger than we assumed, or perhaps, the semi wasn’t as heavy as was assumed, but it was certainly an interesting round one.
