This 1963 Chevy Impala may well be the coolest one in the world, and the story behind it is priceless.
The Instagram page, mr.gotdamnit got up close and personal with an epic $5 million Chevy.
This car belonged to Fredrick Staves, the CEO of OG Entertainment, who allowed the Instagrammer to get a closer look at his magnificent car.
The true gem behind this car wasn’t in its shiny exterior, but in a touching sentiment stored on the inside.

A stunning Chevy Impala with a priceless story
We’ve seen a lot of Chevy Impalas over the years.
Whatever state they’ve been in, this is a car that’s always made a big impression.
Whether in desperate need of restoration after rotting in a field for decades, or covered in a dazzling wrap that makes it worth $2 million, Impalas always get a lot of love from gearheads.

But the Impala featured on the Instagram page of mr.gotdamnit may well be unparalleled.
Just a heads up – you might want to whip out some sunglasses before you take a look at this red beauty.
Because it is exceptionally shiny, inside and out.
The engine bay is dazzlingly silver, and the red body looks so clean you might be tempted to eat your breakfast off it.

Not that we’d recommend doing that.
Staves was evidently very proud of his car.
“Detail is everything, baby!” he said in the video.
Things were even better in the trunk, adorned with stylized art of Compton High School.
As impressive as the exterior was, its what was sitting on the inside that really touched viewers.
What Fredrick Staves had sitting inside his car
The inside of the car looked fresh too, in a way that only a classic Chevy Impala could be.
But it’s what was inside the car that was really special – some photos of Staves’ late son.

“That’s a picture of my son, rest in peace.
“Every time I go, I make sure he ride with me in the front seat. When I roll, he rolls,” he said.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen an Impala carry some sentimental value for its owner.
You may recall the heartwarming story of a woman who won an Impala at her late mother’s favorite pizza place.
The comments section was full of praise for the Impala and its touching tribute.
“The dedication and the story makes this car priceless,” one person commented.
“Taking his son with him is awesome,” another said.
“Cleanest Impala I’ve ever seen, no lie,” a fellow admirer wrote.
