The Dodge Charger is a true All-American classic, and 1973 was a great year for the model, an example of which comes in the form of a Charger found in an Arizona barn complete with a cool, rare option.
This particular Dodge Charger, which has been dragged out of its 40-year retirement, is one of only 2,500 ever made.
This 1973 Dodge Charger SE is now for sale on eBay, and unfortunately, the years have not been kind to it, as it’s corroded and rusty.
Despite the rust and ageing, this muscle car comes with a rare option from Dodge’s collaboration with the American Sunroof Corporation, which makes it a rare gem for someone willing to give it some TLC.

You wouldn’t be surprised to find out that we love it when a gem of a vintage car is sold on the internet. And we love it even more when it’s a rare icon that was sitting in a barn, like the first-ever Ford Mustang.
This 1973 Dodge Charger SE is being sold on eBay with a reserve of $7,500 and no bids currently.
Although it looks a little worse for wear when it comes to rust and corrosion, this particular model is very special. It’s one of only 2,500 ever created.

Hidden in the roof of this all-American muscle car is the product of a 1973 collaboration with the American Sunroof Corporation.
Dodge Chargers with these snazzy sunroofs made after 1973 are more common. But if you get your hands on one with a sunroof from 1973, like this one, then it’s a rare little gem.
It’s not in good shape visually, admittedly. But it does run and drive ok, thanks to the seller adding some new parts under the hood.
It definitely deserves a chance to have its time in the sun after being left in an Arizona barn for 40 years. We don’t know if the sunroof still works, though.
