2024 Ford F-150 owner loves his truck but still says he'd change these six things about it

This 2024 Ford F-150 owner revealed that even though he loves the truck, there are things he would change about it.
The Ford F-150 is the best-selling truck in America, and it’s not hard to see why, but despite all its flashy features, some elements of the car have left car owners feeling underwhelmed.
So, one Ford driver explained which of the truck’s quirks he’d change and why.
And once he’d revealed all, other Ford owners were there to offer solutions to his problems.

This 2024 Ford F-150 owner revealed what he’d change about the pickup
The Ford F-150 is a pickup loved by gearheads up and down the country.
With 640lb-ft of torque available and a 2,440lb payload, it can perform well, but not everyone is entirely convinced.
One TikTok user explained that even though he’s a fan of his 2024 F-150, there are a few things that he’d quite like to change.
“By far this is the nicest vehicle that I’ve ever owned,” detailed @travmike119
“A couple of things on it are pretty silly, especially at the price point that it is,” he explained,
The first thing on his mind is the transmission.
“It’s just slow to shift,” he said.
To remedy this, he switches over to sport mode.
Next up, he explained that the infotainment system was huge, and ‘bigger than an iPad’, he often opted for GPS mode as the CarPlay simply wasn’t doing it for him.
Auto stop and start, although not exclusively a Ford issue, also annoyed him within the cabin of the truck.
Next, digital controls played havoc, especially with AC controls, and the touch screen items left him unimpressed.
The lack of a compartment lid was also something that the Ford owner would change, too, to allow him to store more things discreetly.
And finally, the ride height of the truck was also something he’d change, along with the truck coming complete with a bed liner in tow.
“I’m just a hater on some of those silly little things, I love the truck overall,” said the owner after revealing the small list of things that he’d change.
Online, other Ford owners provided solutions to the truck owner’s problems
After the content creator revealed what things he would change about the 2024 Ford F-150 , some other truck owners provided some handy suggestions of things that he could do to make his life easier owning the truck.
“Also, for the auto stop/start. Look up on YouTube. There’s a plug under the dash you can unplug and it GOES AWAY,” said one Ford owner.
“The ride height not being level is something that’s just never going to change. Also, anyone that’s buying a truck and wants a bed liner, try asking for the dealership to add it as an add on and role it into the purchase price,” said another user.
“If you want the CarPlay to get bigger hit the top left arrow when CarPlay is on. I’m pretty sure it goes away when you do that,” said a third Ford truck owner.
So, it’s clear to see that even though a few odd quirks disgruntle some drivers, the vehicle is still universally loved.
For example, one car salesman even got in on the action and explained why he thought that the Ford F-150 Raptor is king.
