Abandoned supercar garages are everywhere in Los Angeles

Los Angeles is home to many celebrities and many supercars — the city has so many of these exotic cars that you will even find an abandoned supercar in parking garages.

With the fast and busy LA lifestyle, people sometimes tend to forget about their vehicles.

One popular YouTuber has even managed to capture what it’s like inside a parking garage with multiple abandoned supercars.

Abandoned supercar garages

Looking at the cost of living in LA, it’s not a surprise that the residents of the town can afford a supercar or two.

However, it’s still a shame to see an abandoned supercar left to rot in a parking garage.

In 2022, popular YouTuber Effspot set out to find some of the abandoned supercars in Los Angeles.

He headed to an exclusive underground parking garage in Beverly Hills where many exotic cars have seemingly been left by their owners.

The garage was filled with multiple supercars from every luxury brand on the planet.

Although it might seem weird that so many exotic cars were left in the same place, there’s a reason behind that.

Although an abandoned supercar usually has a story behind it, that’s not the case here.

In reality, the parking garage explored by Effspot reportedly acts as an overflow lot for some of the local car dealerships.

So most of these cars featured in the video above are not abandoned but are simply in long-term storage.

Some of them even have battery tenders attached to them, to ensure their batteries don’t go flat.

Effspot also found a rare Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren by MSO abandoned in a corner of the garage.

Sadly, it didn’t seem to have been well cared for since lots of condensation had formed in the taillights.

However, it still seemed to be in a healthy condition, compared to the usual abandoned supercar we see.
