There’s nothing as impressive as this pilot, who managed to make one of the hardest landings of all time look easy when he landed an Airbus A380 nearly sideways during a storm.
The video captures a textbook ‘crab’ technique, which is nose into the wind while the plane remains aligned with the runway center-line despite sideways force.
It all went down during Storm Dennis in February 2020, when winds were hammering airplanes right across the UK.
