Aston Martin has created the very first residential tower that makes it look like you are living the life of 007 himself, James Bond.

The British car maker is famous for its sports cars, grand tourers, and supercars.

Now, however, it has created the Aston Martin Residences, a huge tower in Miami that has become the company’s first real estate endeavor.

It’s a big change for the company, and it’s not without risks. But the legendary manufacturer will be hoping this can be the start of something new and big.

Images of the new tower reveal just how luxurious and crazy a complex it is.

Atop the tower is a radical roof.

Half is home to more levels, and the other half houses a rooftop swimming pool.

The pool has outside seating and resting spots, and it looks to be of a decent size.

At the very top of the structure looks to be an observation-style complex.

The highest levels of the building, from level 56 to 65, will house the Penthouse Residences.

There are other residences too, which include the Sky, Panoramic, and River Residences.

All of them offer slightly different styles and themes to keep things fresh.

The Sky Amenities might be the most impressive part of the entire block, however.

This includes the swimming pool, but there are other features available on every floors.

Level 52, for example, has an art gallery, business center, and game room as some of its amenities.

Go up to level 53 and you have a fitness lounge, a spa, a boxing room, and a beauty salon.

Level 55 has the infinity swimming pool, plus the pool deck and cabanas.

For those looking to relax in the evening, the pool area also features the sky bar and lounge.

The grand salon is also on level 55, as is the state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen and private dining room.

These are just some of the amazing features that this massive residential tower has.

It is certainly a big change of direction for Aston Martin to move into real estate.

But on the face of it, the company is going for the same James Bond level of luxury it has with its sports cars.
