The Audi R8 is a high-performance car anyone would be stoked to get behind the wheel of.
And that’s exactly how this guy felt driving it through the streets of Las Vegas.
That was until he took his R8 to the valet parking, where he saw two of the most exclusive cars he’d ever seen; an MC12 and a Mercedes CLK GTR Roadster.
So it’s fair to say his ego took a bit of a hit.

Reddit user jscott321, posted a photo of the two cars side by side in the parking lot.
The white Maserati MC12 had striking touches of blue, while the Mercedes CLK GTR stood out with its gray and black finish.
The Maserati MC12 is known for its V12 engine, producing around 620 horsepower, and can hit a top speed of around 205 mph.
Meanwhile, the Mercedes CLK GTR roadster, which is even rarer, features a V12 engine too, with over 612 horsepower, and can reach speeds of about 213 mph.
The Audi R8 is powerful, but it’s no comparison for these beasts.
Reddit has been a hot bed for cool finds like this.
Another post recently went viral on Reddit, featuring a hidden car in the forest that tested people’s sniper vision.
MC12 and Mercedes CLK GTR Roadster
The photo of the MC12 and Mercedes CLK GTR Roadster garnered a huge amount of attention.
“If I saw that, I would go insane,” one user said.
Another told the R8 driver he’d ‘picked the wrong week to think you’d be cool in an Audi’.
And they weren’t wrong, because he was in Vegas during the 2024 SEMA Show, which is one of the biggest car shows in the world.
Some even pointed out other high-end cars in the background, possibly a Lamborghini Huracan STO and a Ferrari.
But in Las Vegas, especially during SEMA, spotting rare cars like this isn’t a surprise – it’s almost expected.
