BMW is getting in the Christmas spirit and has even produced an online advent calendar that has left a very exciting teaser.
Thanks to a mysterious silhouette behind number 24, a new vehicle could be appearing on Christmas Eve.
Rumors have been flying before the big day comes, with some car enthusiasts thinking that it could be the Neue Klasse EV.
However, with lots of new models on the horizon, there are many options for the manufacturer to choose from.

BMW is spreading Christmas cheer
On the first day of Christmas, Supercar Blondie gave to me the news of a new BMW EV…
The season of gift-giving is in full swing, and BMW has joined in on the action, too.

Thanks to an Advent calendar posted on Instagram by the company, it seems that a new gift could be revealed on Christmas Eve.
“The countdown to the holidays has begun… but the big question is: what’s behind door 24?” the company teased.
The brand cleverly blacked out the 24th car, with just a silhouette of a model on show, which of course sparked up conversation.
What could it be? That is the question
Well, in the video, models that were shown behind the doors included the i7, iX1, i5 M60 Touring, iX2, and i4 M50.
The i7 xDrive60 Sedan boasts the most range out of the group, with 517-515km on offer, and boasting 416km, the i4 M50 xDrive Gran Coupe can cover the least.
So, with the Christmas EV offering being kept under wraps, it is more than likely that it will be an EV due to all of the other models on show.

Some car enthusiasts speculated that it could be the Neue Klasse EV; however, some reports state that those models will not actually be revealed until 2026, so we still have some time to wait.
The shape of the car does resemble the shape of an iX3, and other bets have been placed on the model being an i3, which has already been teased, or an iX5; the possibilities really are endless.
One thing to also keep in mind is the fact that when the iX3 50 xDrive was announced, the manufacturer also promised other electric variants, as well.

You have to admit, it’s a clever idea using a digital advent calendar to tease the unveiling of an electric car.
Until Christmas Eve comes, though, we won’t officially know what will be announced, or indeed if anything actually will be released.
Keep your eyes peeled, because both BMW and Santa are coming to town, with surprises under their belts.
