This brother was surprised by the news that he would be competing against pro drift drivers in his 1,000HP Jeep.

It was his older brothers who put him up to it.

Little brother Cayleb had never drifted before – and his siblings weren’t planning on breaking the news to him until he arrived.

As you might expect, he had a big reaction to this surprise.

People are often divided on surprises – some people love them, while others loathe them.

Here at Supercar Blondie, we generally highlight car surprises that are often of a sweet or sentimental nature.

One woman surprised her boyfriend by reuniting him with a Dodge Dart, just like the one he drove in high school.

Another woman sprang a surprise Tesla on her daughter for her birthday.

Birthdays are a prime time for surprises, as this dad discovered when he was presented with a restored 1957 Chevy Bel Air.

All of these surprises have been of the nice variety and follow a theme.

A person giving their loved one a nice gift that either moves them to tears or warms their heart.

The surprise that YouTubers the PeckBrothers unleashed on their younger brother Cayleb certainly had the potential to produce some tears. But we’re not sure if they’d be joyful ones.

They entered him and his twin-turbo Jeep into one of the biggest drift competitions in the western USA.

Cayleb thought he was just goofing around on the track, but his brothers had a shock in store for him.

“He’s going to cr*p his pants,” they remarked.

As expected, he was taken aback by the news.

“What if I ruin somebody’s car? You can’t let that happen!” he exclaimed.

“Now I’m shaking for sure…I’ve only done 20 laps of drifting in my life.

“I’m genuinely worried about tomorrow,” he said.

One presumably sleepless night later, it was time for the contest to begin.

The other competitors looked like they meant business.

Out on the track, Cayleb didn’t look like a surefire winner.

One drift left his 1,000HP Jeep spinning around.

But he still held his own out on the track.

Considering he was convinced he’d end up on fire, anything above that would be an improvement.

Disaster struck after an ‘awesome’ first lap when the fuel pump went.

He ended up stranded on the side of the track, but he didn’t care.

Despite his fear, he’d gone out and given it his all, so he was pumped.
