This Florida man is currently negotiating with Bugatti on how to fix his broken Chiron Pur Sport, but Mat Armstrong had some other ideas.
Alex Gonzalez had previously given the company 24 hours to un-blacklist the car, or he’d 3D print it himself.
It looks like he’s now in a negotiation process with the company.
But a fellow content creator has been watching closely and has spoken up.

This Florida man was in negotiations with Bugatti over his broken Chiron Pur Sport
Alex Gonzalez wanted to buy a crashed Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport to fix it up, but the CEO, AKA Mate Rimac, wasn’t too happy about it at first.
Gonzalez said Rimac reached out after the trader declared he would 3D print parts for a car that had been blacklisted.
Why had it been blacklisted? Well, the fact that Gonzalez had previously crashed it might have something to do with that.

A portion of the message Rimac allegedly sent to Gonzalez was shown on-screen.
“Hey, man. Bugatti CEO here,” it began.
“You can’t 3D print parts for a Bugatti. Your gearbox and carbon fibre monocoque are probably damaged – those can’t be 3D printed. Just like lights and body panels.
“We want to help you to do this in the most cost-efficient way.
“If the monocoque and gearbox don’t need replacing, this will cost a lot less than everyone talks about.”

From there, Gonzalez began speaking to someone at Bugatti, hoping that a solution would be reached.
He has now provided an update – and Matt Armstrong took notice.
What’s going to happen with this broken car?
Gonzalez is currently in talks with Bugatti about what is to be done with his car.
He said that the suggested solution was for the car to go to France for repairs.

This had left him on the fence, but he still had yet to meet with a representative to discuss an offer.
In the comments section of the Instagram update, Mat Armstrong expressed his interest:
“I have a counteroffer.”
You may recall that he has some experience when it comes to crashed Chirons.
Will Gonzalez take him up on his offer?
