This California man is building a unique Tesla Cyberplaid from a Cybertruck and a Model S Plaid.

YouTuber Cyber Hooligan is no stranger to making some distinctive Tesla creations.

But even by his standards, this Cyberplaid is pretty remarkable.

If you never thought you’d see the Cybertruck reimagined as a two-seater, today is your lucky day.

Customized Teslas are always a lot of fun.

One Chinese man hacked his Model Y so that it could run on gas, which somewhat defeats the purpose, but that’s fine.

There’s also this Cybertruck that looks like a Ferrari, and one over in Ohio with a unique dumpster wrap.

However, YouTuber Cyber Hooligan may be in a league of his own.

This is the guy who created the CyberRoadster after all, by combining the Model 3 and Cybertruck.

His latest project was to create a Cybertruck two seater, by incorporating a Model S Plaid into the design.

He’s released several videos chronicling the process of creating the Cyberplaid.

Thus far, he has had to cut the body to align it with the hood, fit in custom LEDs, and build a structural skeleton.

Most drastically of all, he had to dismantle a $100,000 Plaid to basically get it down to the bare bones.

It wasn’t quite as dramatic as the thumbnail suggested – no axe swinging here – but it was still a laborious job.

In his most recent video, he was working on the rear end of the vehicle.

“This thing is super hard to make look good without making it look goofy,” Cyber Hooligan admitted.

Taking the aesthetics of a Cybertruck and putting them onto the build of a Plaid is a challenge.

But if there’s anyone we think is capable of delivering, it’d be Cyber Hooligan.

We can’t wait to see the finished product.

And we’re also very curious to see how it looks in motion.

There’s still quite a lot of work left to do, but you know what they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day.
