This pro-golfer, who just happens to be the world’s hardest hitter, decided to see a golf ball can beat a Bugatti and some of the world’s speediest hypercars.

Taking place at the Kennedy Space Center, pro-golfer Kyle Berkshire wanted to see if he could hit a golf ball faster than all of the fastest hypercars.

Using different types of clubs, Kyle stepped up against a LaFerrari, a Hennessey Venom, and a Lamborghini Revuelto, among others.

There was a clear winner, but the result was incredibly close and showed how truly impressive Kyle’s skills were.

Is a golf ball faster than a Bugatti and other hypercars?

When you put a pro-golfer against the world’s fastest hypercars, you’d think the conclusion was obvious. A hypercar has got to be faster than a golf ball. Right?

Using Kennedy Space Center in Florida as a base for the experiment, pro-golfer Kyle Berkshire hit golf balls as hard as he could. The speed was then measured and compared to that of a hypercar.

Round one saw Kyle use a seven-iron against a LaFerrari. The ball speed topped out at 169.2MPH, and the LaFerrari traveled at 194MPH. That’s an easy win for the supercar.

In round two, it was Kyle and a three-iron vs. a LaFerrari Aperta. The ball traveled at 180MPH to the Aperta’s 200MPH, so the gap between the golf ball and the hypercars was closing.

In the third round, we saw the pro-golfer and his one-iron against a McLaren P1 HDK. This was Kyle’s first win, with the ball traveling at an astonishing 211.5MPH against the McLaren’s 196MPH.

The world’s hardest hitter brought his A-game

In the fourth round, it was 3-1 to the hypercar. The golf ball clocked in at 210.2MPH with a gamer driver, but a Hennessey Venom roared off at an eye-watering 222MPH.

Round five saw a full-length ‘Big Dog’ driver up against a Lamborghini Revuelto. Even though the hit was slightly thin, the world’s hardest hitter beat out the Revuelto with a 221.2MPH speed to the Lambo’s 206MPH.

The penultimate round saw Kyle vs. an electric Rimac Nevera that kicks out a whopping 1,913HP. The Rimac beat out the ball by just two miles an hour, clocking in at 216MPH to the ball’s 214.

Finally, Kyle hit his fastest speed yet against a Bugatti Chiron, hitting an astonishing 227.3MPH, outpacing the hypercar with ease.

While the final scores were 4-3 to the hypercars, the world’s hardest hitter really gave the machines a run for their money. He should be incredibly proud.
