This woman drove a Chinese EV through the streets of London, and it proved to be a real head turner.
The car in question is the Aito M9, which is a vehicle made by tech company Huawei.
It even managed to impress a Lambo owner.
A Tesla owner had some pretty interesting things to say about it too.

Features UK drivers had never seen before
A woman and content creator who goes by Tracie Zuo on social media drove her Huawei Aito M9 from China to London in the UK, partly because she wanted to see how people would react to a Chinese EV that doesn’t really exist in Europe yet.
Built by a tech company that most people might still remember, Huawei, the Aito M9 is a big SUV with a lot of legroom and a massive TV-sized display for the rear passengers.

She even managed to impress a Lambo owner.
“I work in asset management and I drive a Lamborghini, but this is incredible” he said in Tracie’s video.
She also showed the car to a Tesla owner, and when she asked him how the Huawei Aito M9 compared to his car, his answer was telling.
“Listen, it’s shocking, this is way better. It’s like being on a plane,” he said.

Some Chinese EV cars share technology with vacuums
Huawei is no longer available in the US and Europe but it is still selling smartphones in other regions.
It’s now selling cars, too.
Like other tech companies, including Xiaomi, Huawei is now building cars that are mostly software-driven, not hardware-driven.
Translated, a modern electric car has perhaps more in common with a smartphone than it does with a car from 30 years ago.
This also explains why even home appliance companies like Dreame are making electric cars.

Dreame’s case is probably the best example of how cars are basically tech products on wheels these days.
When Dreame announced this new car project, they explained that some of the patents and tech they used for their smart vacuum cleaners could be easily and quickly adapted for automotive use.
