This company builds modern reproductions of the classic Dodge Power Wagon onto the heavy-duty chassis of a new Ram.
Desert Power Wagons perfectly blends old-school styling with modern performance to create incredible custom builds.
The company offers a number of new takes on classic cars, including a two-door power wagon, a four-door option, and a ‘megacab’ power wagon.
And they all look absolutely amazing.

The custom builds have the looks of a classic Dodge Power Wagon
The four-wheel Dodge Power Wagon was first introduced all the way back in 1945 – and you still see them knocking about today.
For those who appreciate that classic styling, but are in the market for a more powerful vehicle, then Desert Power Wagons has got you covered.

“At Desert Power Wagons, we honor the legacy of America’s toughest trucks while reimagining them for the modern road,” the company says on its website.
“Each build combines meticulous restoration with cutting-edge technology, ensuring unparalleled performance and timeless style.”
The company can build the custom reproduction Dodge Power Wagons onto a new Ram chassis or a custom chassis.
Car and Driver recently got up close with one of their latest builds – a bright red Power Wagon with a smart-looking black trim.
The custom vehicle had been fitted with Method Racing wheels that helped to bolster its aggressive stance.
But with modern technology and beefed up engines
However, while the truck may look like a classic on the outside, inside it has had a thoroughly modern makeover with a set-up taken from a Dodge Ram 2500.
The center console features a good-sized touchscreen infotainment system, while the seats have been finished in black leather with red accents to compliment the paintwork.
Fancy.

Under the hood, this particular truck has a Cummins 6.7 liter inline six diesel engine that produces up to 385 horsepower.
The engine is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
But if that doesn’t do it for you, Desert Power Wagons can also kit out its custom vehicles with a 6.4 liter Hemi V8 or a 6.2 liter Hellcat V8.
The custom truck took around 5,000 hours of manpower to create – so, as you might imagine, the slick-motors do not come cheap.
This red and black fully customized option came with a hefty $425,000 price tag, although as each truck is personalized for the buyer, prices can vary.
